AVX Biddeford will be recognized within the military/aerospace and medical device markets as the premier supplier of tantalum capacitors for their most critical applications.

 

Our key applications are Implantable Life Support and Life Enhancement Systems, Military and Aerospace Systems, and power supplies for computer, Telecom, and Military / Aerospace Systems. Our core competencies are long term Reliability, Volumetric efficiency, low leakage performance and low equivalent series resistance (ESR) capability. We will develop, manufacture and market devices that capitalize on our core competencies, and thereby offer significant added value to our customers compared to devices offered by competitors. We can never assume that our devices are so unique that we have no competition. We will work continuously to improve our process, product quality and efficiencies so that we can face any competition and win.
